Some little tips

Hi there – this is my first little post!

First, some nice general tips on home cooking from Keith Law. The comments and links therein are also worth reading. I didn’t know about using brine and haven’t yet tried it. Still struggle sometimes with heat although perhaps this is down to using non-stick pans and electric/ceramic hobs to a certain extent. Second, some additional thoughts on recipes from 101cookbooks.com, with extracts from Michael Ruhlman and Daniel Paterson and juicy links. Bonus: Hervé This for beginners.
